SHIPPING POLICY

Matthias Kaupermann is pleased to offer standard and custom shipping options for domestic and international orders. Once your items have been prepared for shipment you will be notified by email to provide you with the package(s) tracking number. Please allow 2–6 days to receive your items, as actual shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Belt Buckles. Please allow 7-14 days for shipment of belt buckles and an additional 2-3 weeks for shipment of buckles personalized with hand-engraved monograms. Please note that personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

In the unlikely event your heirloom-quality game set has been damaged by a 3rd party shipping partner, please notify Concierge Services within 48 hours of receipt so we may exercise our insurance policy with the carrier. 

RETURN POLICY

We stand by our products and hope they serve you well for years to come, however if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30-days of receipt in order to initiate an authorized return. Please note, we cannot accept returns for made-to-order items or items that have been personalized with monograms or brand marks. Once approved you will be given a return authorization number to include with your shipment in order to expedite processing.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please contact Concierge Services. Once approved you will be provided with the shipping address to return your purchase. It is your responsibility to bear the shipping costs associated with returning your purchase. Product(s) must be returned in mint condition and in original packaging. Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
